Who Needs to Register a Vehicle?
All vehicles driven on public roads in Manitoba must be registered and insured through Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI). This includes cars, trucks, motorcycles, and most specialty vehicles. If you have purchased a vehicle (new or used), are bringing a vehicle from out of province, or have inherited a car, you must complete vehicle registration before driving.
